He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Neil McIntire, Sr. and Ellen Johannah McIntire (Weiler); his siblings-in-law, Dennis Dale Duty, Dr. Richard W. Brown and Lois Arlene Duty Brown; and also Ellen Johannah Weiler McIntire.
He is survived by: his wife Carrol Louise Duty McIntire; his brother Roger McIntire (Eileen); his sons, Christian Duty McIntire (Ellie) and Brent Richard McIntire (Elsa); his granddaughters, Hannah and Grace; his children, Todd Roger McIntire (Susan) and Lisa Ellen McIntire-Shaw (Lynn Trusty Shaw); and his grandchildren, Taylor (Montana), Heath (Kayla), Patrick (Leah), Megan, Sean, Lynn, Jr. (Krystal), Brit (Blake) and Stephanie (Scott).
At the start of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, Clif and his wife Carrol boarded a cruise ship in Buenos Aires on a ten-day cruise around South America's Cape Horn to the planned destination of Santiago Chile.
