It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cynthia Susmarski (Chicago, Illinois), who passed away on June 10, 2021, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband Wayne; her children, Kelly Susmarski, Ashley Susmarski, April Flaherty (Ken) and Eric Susmarski; and her grandchildren, Ryan and Matthew Flaherty.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 15th 2021 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Richard-Midway Funeral Home (5749 S Archer Ave, Chicago, IL 60638). A prayer will be held on Tuesday, June 15th 2021 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
