He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Susan Butterfield; his parents, Richard Nicholes and Frances Seelander; his siblings-in-law, Michael and Karla Butterfield; his children, Nigel and Rachel; his brother-in-law Nigel Butterfield; his nieces and nephews, Andrew, Simon, Ashley and Emily; and his brother RJ Horwitz.
