He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Armstrong of Chicago, IL; his children, Spencer Armstrong (Melissa) of Gainesville and Elissa Johnsen (Gary) of Park Ridge, Illinois; his grandchildren, Derek Johnsen, Zoe Armstrong and Reed Johnsen; and his siblings, Anne McIntosh (Ben) of Monmouth, Judy Mahoney (Steve) of Berwick, Steve Armstrong (Melinda) of Monmouth, Elizabeth Armstrong Iglehart (Dirk) of Brookline and Kent Armstrong (Jennifer) of Monmouth. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
