He was predeceased by: his parents, Constantinos Hadjiconstantinou and Maria Hadjiconstantinou; his wife Peggy H. Costis; his sibling Hon; and his brothers-in-law, Nick Makropoulos (Marilyn) and Dr. James March (Agnes).
He is survived by: his sons, Dr. Dennis Costis (Jan), John Costis and Dr. James Costis (Katherine); his grandchildren, Christopher, Alex, Pamela, Emma and Nicholas Costis; his sibling Galatia Anastassiou (late Niko); and his sister-in-law Mary Varygiannes (George).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to St. Nectarios Greek Orthodox Church, 133 South Roselle Road, Palatine, IL 60067.
