For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel and Jeanette. She is survived by: her husband Alexander Hernandez II; her children, Megan Sarnowski (Adrian) and Nicholas Palumbo (Jacqueline); and her brothers, David, Alan (Marialuisa), Richard (Jacqueline), Christopher (Kristen) and Jeffrey.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Gaelic Fire Brigade (10627 S Pulaski Rd, Chicago, IL 60655).
