She is survived by : her children, Patricia Mazurkiewicz and Raymond M. McCormick, Jr. (Patricia); her grandchildren, Brian McCormick (Nora), Christopher Mazurkiewicz (Ashley), Sarah Fitzgibbon (Dan) and Michael Mazurkiewicz; and her great grandchildren, Liam, Maeve, Molly McCormick, Charlotte, Aidan Mazurkiewicz, John, Isla and Lucy Fitzgibbon.
