He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas Collins (Betty) and Maredith Robertson (William); his goddaughters, Carolynn Macurkiewicz and Erin Cozzi; and his close friend Patrick Harper.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McInerney Central Chapel (4635 S Wallace St, Chicago, IL 60609). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
