He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleanor II and Edward Carlisle II. He is survived by: his wife Hameedah Carlisle; his children, James Carlisle, Edward Carlisle IV and Ashley Carlisle; his former wife Lori Carlisle; and also, Raymond Carlisle and Robert Carlisle. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Fred Hunter's Funeral Home – Fort Lauderdale (718 S Federal Hwy, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316). Viewing will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A procession will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Evergreen Cemetery (3401 W 87th St, Evergreen Park, IL 60805).
