With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eleanor Poteshman of Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on October 11, 2025. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Eleanor Poteshman to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Armand; her brother Marvin Letchinger (late Joyce); and her sibling's child Lynn. She is survived by: her daughters, Sheree Nathanson (Bruce) and Lisa Andreotti (Tony); her grandchildren, Michelle Somoles (Matthew), Laura Carr, Danny Carr and Jaimee Vermillion (Alex); her great grandchildren, Levi and Sienna; and her nephew Darrell (Denise).

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Shalom Chapel Service Shalom Memorial Funeral Home (1700 W Rand Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60004).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, http://www.heart.org.
