She was predeceased by: her husband Glenn William Watterson; and her siblings, John Sylvester, Josephine Lawrence, Eglo Sylvester, Italia Sylvester and Emilio "Timber" Sylvester.

She is survived by: her son Glenn William "Bill" Watterson; her daughter-in-law Cheryl Watterson; her grandchildren, Craig Watterson (Susan) of Portland, Heather Watterson of Chicago and Justin Watterson (Jamie) of Belgrade; and her great grandchildren, Zoe Watterson and Ruby Watterson.

Emilia "Edith" Watterson, 94, passed in peace December 25, 2019, after a long and courageous battle with Alzheimer's.
