She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Peretz (Clara) and Plotnik; and her husband Maurice Levy. She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Esther, Deeann and Karen; her children, Phil Levy (Soraya), Lynda Levy and Sandy Lewis (Tom); her granddaughters, Melanie Levy, Alison Edelstein (Andrew) and Valerie Jackson (Lee); and her great grandchildren, Zoe Edelstein, Keira Milligan, Reed Wilson, Gia Edelstein and Weston Jackson.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Shalom Chapel Service Shalom Memorial Funeral Home (1700 W Rand Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60004).
