He was predeceased by: his brother James DiBartolo (Gabriella); his nephew Mario Tiberi; and his siblings-in-law, Luigino Tiberi (Luciana) and Genio Tiberi (Elsa). He is survived by: his wife Concetta; his children, Miriam and Tony DiBartolo (Sherry); his grandchildren, Johnny (Sydney), Anthony, Joseph and Samantha; his great grandchildren, Tyler, Luca and Cristian; and his sibling's children, Marcella (late Jack Doyle), Anna Tronca (Vladimiro), Umberto Tiberi, Francesco Tiberi, Gemma Zepponi (Gianfranco), Aldo Tiberi (Paola) and Ida Quarta (Gianluca).
