She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Nikolaos Verveniotes and Konstandina Verveniotes; her siblings, Vasiliki Kordopitoulas and John Verveniotes (Voula); her siblings' children, Donna Verveniotes, Dean Kordopitoulas and Nick Kordopitoulas (Kelly); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Alyssa (Jake), Nicholas, Kelsa Kordopitoulas-Schweihs, Nicole (Robert), Nora and Athena Kordopitoulas-King.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church (893 Church Rd, Elmhurst, IL 60126). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Elmwood Cemetery (2905 Thatcher Ave, River Grove, IL 60171).
