He was predeceased by: his wife Magdalena; his son Francisco Jr. Murillo (Rachel); and his siblings, Jesús, Celia, Pedro, Eduardo, Raquel, Teresa, Alberto, Kiko, Mariquita and Lucita.
He is survived by: his children, Giselle Favela (Francisco), Veronica Murillo (Enrique Jr.), Edgar Murillo (Colleen) and Alain Elizondo (Kathy); his sibling Nicanor; and his sibling's children, Twinkie, Companero and Roman Barr.
A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the St. Stephen Catholic Church (1280 Prospect Ave, Des Plaines, IL 60018). The inurnment will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the All Saints Catholic Cemetery (700 N River Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60016).
