With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gabriel Jara of Chicago, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 31, 2024 at the age of 50. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jose Alice of Jesus and Mary Alice; his siblings, Cecilia Rygula (Charles), Dora Jara, Jose and Beatriz Smyth (Piers); his aunts and uncles, Francisco, Vicenta, Carlos, Gabriel and Maria; and his siblings' children, Guillermo, Isaac and Vivian.
