He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carol; his children, Scott Davis (Julie), Michelle Krull (John) and Tim Davis (Teresa); his parents, John Davis and Jessie Davis; his grandchildren, Lexie, Maddie, Lainey, Emma, Kacey, Madi and Daniel; his brother Patrick Davis; his brother-in-law Paul Christensen; and his nephews, Nicholas and Ben Christensen.

“Sending our love & prayers to Carol Davis and family! We've known Gary since 1993 (living in the same condo community). We have seen Gary and Carol raise their beautiful children with love and respect for others. My husband and I would often tell Gary what a great job he and Carol did to raise such fine adults.
