With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Geraldine Ann Szymusiak of Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on October 12, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her brother Leroy Wozniak (Iris). She is survived by: her husband Joseph B. Szymusiak; her sons, Joseph G. Szymusiak (Diane) and Jeff Adler (Rachel); and her great-nieces, Olivia Wozniak and Grace Albrecht (David). She is also survived by other loving relatives and lifelong friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ridge Funeral Home (6620 W Archer Ave, Chicago, IL 60638).
In lieu of flowers, plants are preferred, as a lasting tribute to her memory. Donations may also be made in Jeri's name to a cancer charity of your choice, honoring her strength and resilience.
