She was predeceased by: her spouse Paolo Butera; her parents, Giuseppe Pelleritto and Genoeveffa Pelleritto; and her sister Caterina Palazzolo (late Giuseppe). She is survived by: her children, Alfonso Butera and Maria Harkness (Jason); her siblings, Rosa Palazzolo (late Procopio), Pietro Pellerito (Fara) and Giuseppina D'Amore (Augostino); and her grandchildren, Mackenzie Grace Dinger-Butera and Nonna. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
