He is survived by: his wife Bobbi; his children, Elizabeth (Jonathan), Douglas (Kenwyn) and Jeffrey (Mira); his grandchildren, Sarah, Rachel, Esme, Amelie, Lila and Isabel; and his sister Eleanor Miller.
