He is survived by: his wife Carmen Castro; his children, Magdalena Arana (Rodrigo), Sylvia Castro-Eleazar Toledo, Raymond Castro, Edith Pena (Jose), Noel Castro (Rosa), Sandra Alcala (Jose) and Maribel Castro; his grandchildren, Angelica, Cristian, Adrian, Alex, Elizabeth, Susana, Moses, Julian, Vanessa, Meghan, Tiffany, Noel Jr., Andrew, Mathew and Sofia; and his siblings, Fidel Castro and Guadalupe Alba. He is also survived by extended family and countless friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ridge Funeral Home (6620 W Archer Ave, Chicago, IL 60638).
