She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Mykola; her children, Jaroslav Petrasz, George Petrasz (Sonia) and Odarka Czerniak (Peter); her grandchildren, Tania Zinych (Walter), Yuri Petrasz (Kathleen), Mykola, Andriy Petrasz (Elizabeth), Bohdanna Czerniak (Arthur Mirzynski) and Petro Czerniak (Allison); and her great grandchildren, Daniel, Juliana, Matthew Zinych, Roksanna Petrasz, Amelia, Solomiya Czerniak and John Petrasz.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Muzyka Funeral Home (2157 W Chicago Ave, Chicago, IL 60622). A prayer was held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sts. Volodymyr & Olha Ukrainian Catholic Church (739 N Oakley Blvd, Chicago, IL 60612). A wake was held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 7:00 PM.
