Fazy (late John); and his siblings' children, Robert Vodraska (Jennifer), Cyndi Ryan (Matthew), John Fazy (Angela), Sara McNamara (Nick) and Michael Fazy (Jean).
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Andrew J. McGann & Son Funeral Home (10727 S Pulaski Rd, Chicago, IL 60655). A prayer was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 10:15 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Linus Catholic Church (10300 Lawler Ave, Oak Lawn, IL 60453).
