She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Jacobs and Faye Jacobs; and her sister Sharon Radlove (late Michael). She is survived by: her fiancé Richard Ely; her brothers, Gregory Jacobs (Donna) and Mark Jacobs (late Susan); her nephew Matthew Savage (Megan); her niece Hannah Bienn (Adriel); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Scout, Colten, Azaryah and Oshriel.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Shalom Memorial Park (1700 W Rand Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60004).
