He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Diaz and Rosalie M. Diaz; and his siblings, Patricia Jaszka (late John) and Frank (late Sophia). He is survived by: his siblings, Robert, Mary Ann Drabik (Richard), Susan Diaz and Kathy Mondala (Eugene Sieczkowski). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
