He was predeceased by : his parents, Jim Miller-Cain and Velma Mae Miller-Cain; and his siblings, Fudge "DiddyBo" Williams, Louise Webb, Martha Jean Cain, Alberta Cain Watts, Clementine Williams and Ruby Smith.

He is survived by : his siblings, Rev. Tyler Cain "Jessie" of Conway, Jeraldine Tucker of Lake Village, Evlynen Kirkendolph of Lake Village and Linda Rose Cain of Eudora; and his nephews, Robert Cain of Chicago and Charles Brooks of Chicago.
