She was predeceased by: her parents, John Costello and La Verne Costello; and her brothers, Dennis and Kevin Costello. She is survived by: her husband John R. Oliphant; her grandchildren, Kevin, John, Anna and Henry; and her brother Gene (Lucy).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Donnellan Funeral Home & Cremation (10525 S Western Ave, Chicago, IL 60643). A prayer will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Terrence Church (4300 W 119th St, Alsip, IL 60803).
