With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joe LaBellarte of Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on July 24, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Joe shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Joe farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Rosa; his children, Joseph (Amy) and Gina Cassetta (Steven); his grandchildren, Rocco Cassetta and Diana; and his brother Rocco (Donna). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Shrine of Our Lady of Pompeii (1224 W Lexington St, Chicago, IL 60607). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
