He is survived by: his siblings, Diane Sampson (Kary), Donna Ofenloch (Joseph), Deborah Robin and Luis Payan; and his siblings' children, Jamie, Tiffanie, Megan, Christopher, Jeremy, Jason, Bradley, Joseph and Bryan.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Skaja Terrace Funeral Home (7812 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714).
