He was predeceased by: his father Millard Ensworth; his wife Sharon Jean (Harrington); and his siblings, Kathleen Ensworth and Millard "Butch" Ensworth. He is survived by: his mother Mary Ensworth (Herbert); his children, Michael John Ensworth (Vanessa), Kathleen Marie Ensworth (Tom Cornwell) and Mark Jason Harrington; his grandchildren, Oliver, Christopher, Tommie, Hunter, Zoe and Marlon; his siblings, Stevie Ensworth (Ann) and Mary Penrod (late Jeff "Mongo"); and his goddaughter Jennifer Penrod Phipps. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McInerney Central Chapel (4635 S Wallace St, Chicago, IL 60609). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
