He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia; and his brothers, Bernard, Jimmy, Louis and William "Billy".

He is survived by: his children, Jo Ellen Nemeth, Virginia, Jeffrey (Patti), Victor (Diana) and JamieLynne DeAnda (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Candice Kowal (Steve), Nicholas Nemeth, Samantha Jasek (Jason), Jeremy, Steven (Samantha), Melanie (Danny), Dominick, Geoffrey, Jasmine Melendez and Kara DeAnda; and his son-in-law Jeremy DeAnda.
