It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy Lev of Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on December 7, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Judy Lev to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Jerry Lev; her sister Charlotte Horwich (late Ernie); and her parents, Sam Karzen and Ethel Karzen. She is survived by: her children, Steve Lev (Elaine) and Julie Carvajal (Ronald); her grandsons, Ben Lev, Dan Lev and Sam Carvajal; her sibling's children, Andy Horwich Allen (John) and Jill Horwich; and her grandchildren, Casey, Carlos, Judy, Glencoe and Glenview.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Shalom Chapel Service Shalom Memorial Funeral Home (1700 W Rand Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60004).
