With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jule N. Mitchell (Chicago, Illinois), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 14, 2025 at the age of 88. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Jule may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father John; and her brother John "Jack" Mitchell.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Andrew J McGann & Sons Funeral Home (10727 S Pulaski Rd, Chicago, IL 60655). A wake will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St Christina Catholic Church (3342 W 111th St, Chicago, IL 60655). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery (6001 W 111th St, Alsip, IL 60803).
