With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Kathleen H. McInerney (Chicago, Illinois), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Kathleen may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Dr. Morgan Halstead (Paul Arabie) and Caitlin Halstead; her parents, Jane McInerney and Jack McInerney; her sister Ann McInerney; her close friend Michael Halstead; Stanley.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the St. Xavier University (3700 W 103rd St, Chicago, IL 60655).
