We are sad to announce that on September 14, 2025, at the age of 87, Kathleen G. Sedlack (Chicago, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John W. Sedlack, Jr.; her parents, Kathryn Gallagher and Kevin E. Gallagher Sr.; and her siblings, Sheila O'Neil (Jim) and Kevin E. Gallagher Jr..
She is survived by: her children, John W., III Sedlack (Maura), Genevieve Waller (John) and Christine Rottger (Inder); her grandchildren, John Emmett, Matthew, Vivian, Cynthia, Rik and Evelyn; and her siblings-in-law, Louise Gallagher and Bob Sedlack.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Barnabas Church (10134 S Longwood Dr, Chicago, IL 60643). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
