It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Bruno Grining of Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on October 18, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Kenneth may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Reinhold Grining and Ruth Grining. He is survived by: his siblings, Geraldine (Lichtenberg) and David Grining (Eileen) of Sebastian Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and a nephew, and numerous great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church (4660 W 94th St, Oak Lawn, IL 60453). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St Paul Lutheran Church (4660 W 94th St, Oak Lawn, IL 60453). A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at the Bethania Cemetery (7701 Archer Ave, Justice, IL 60458).
