Though Kevin Patrick may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William O'Neill and Edna O'Neill (James). He is survived by: his wife Maria O'Neill (Ortega); his brothers, William O'Neill and Tom O'Neill (Ruth); his siblings' children, Sean O'Neill (Jennifer), Tommy O'Neill and Claire O'Neill (Liz Pasquier); and his great-niece Naomi Pasquier. He is also survived by numerous cousins and fond friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McInerney Central Chapel (4635 S Wallace St, Chicago, IL 60609). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 9:00 AM and at 10:00 AM at the St. Gabriel Church (600 W 45th St, Chicago, IL 60609).
