With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kuriakose Nedumattathil of Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on October 11, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Verghese and Kunjamma. He is survived by: his granddaughters, Hannah, Meghna, Christa and Marissa; his wife Annamma Verghese; and his children, Maria Kuriakos Ciesil (James Ciesil) and Noel Kuriakos (Meskerem Brhane).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the St. Gregorios Malankara Orthodox Church (905 Kent Ave, Elmhurst, IL 60126). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Eden Memorial Park (9851 W Irving Park Rd, Schiller Park, IL 60176).
