He was predeceased by: his children, Andrea Levin and Whitney Mayster; his parents, Frieda and Irving; and his siblings, Sidney (Marian) and David (Elinore).
He is survived by: his wife Lynda; his children, Janice Kellman (Gordone Kasper), Courtney Mayster, Lindsey, Mitchell and Jaycee; his brother Melvin (Betty); and his caregivers, Mutale Mubanga and Elizabeth Andraka. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
