She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Otto and Mabel Amelia Stukenberg (Krusey); her husband Carl Block, Jr. of Pearl City; her in-laws, Carl and Marguerite Block; her sisters, Ethel Haijenga and Jean Witte; her siblings-in-law, C. F. Haijenga, Harold Witte, Marshall Frautschy, K. Eugene, Marilynn Block and Berniece Block; and her nephew Michael Frautschy.
She is survived by: her daughter Pamela of Chicago; her sister Lorraine Frautschy of Freeport; and her sibling's children, Judith Folkerts (late Lloyd) of Forreston, Jennifer Laughlin (James) of Columbia, SC, Jay Witte of St. Petersburg, FL, Thomas Frautschy (Jeanie) of College Grove, TN, Randolph Block (Ann) of East Moline and Marsha Block of Freeport.
