He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Jean; his children, Heather Levine (Joseph), Amy Hogan (Zach) and Adam Kolber; his stepchildren, Jen Johnson and Christopher Johnson (Leslie); his grandchildren, Isaac, Anna, Hayden, Hudson, Hunter, Isabella, Josh, Cole, Fletcher, Skylar and Ryler; and his siblings, Jeri Jacobs (Norman) and Steven Kolber (Linda). He was also cherished by many loving nieces and nephews.
