With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Alice Braniff of Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on July 27, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband James Thomas; her children-in-law, Scott Klein and Christine Dodero-Braniff; and her stepgranddaughter Rachel Sobolewski. She is survived by : her children, Peggy, Bob McCall, Caryn Klein, Eileen, Phil Mesi, Jim, Ina Braniff, Carolyn Braniff, John Braniff, Saci McDonald, Sheila, Angel Portuondo, Maura and Tom Doherty; and her pet Venus. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
