In the sacred silence of farewell, Matthew is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Matthew's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his uncles, Denny Glascott, Frank Soluri and Willie Kovacs. He is survived by: his parents, James Ferguson and Donna Ferguson; his son Bailey; and his sister Cassie Ashley (Bryan).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Gregory of Nyssa Parish - St. Marcelline (822 Springinsguth Rd, Schaumburg, IL 60193). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Cemetery (1185 W Algonquin Rd, Palatine, IL 60067).
