She was predeceased by: her parents, William and Eleanor (Tuohy); and her siblings, Kathleen Collins, James Dowd, Thomas Dowd (Marilou), Marguerite Cox, John Dowd O. S. M., Martin Dowd (Soni), Michael Dowd, Dorothy Dowd and Lawrence Dowd.
She is survived by: her children, John "Jack", Lisa Patrick (Scott) and Brian Purtell (Jessica); her grandchildren, Zachary, Maureen Patrick, Brennan, Kacie and Maura Purtell; her brother Patrick Dowd (Nancy); her siblings-in-law, Nancy A. Dowd and Gerald Cox; and her aunt Moe.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Damar-Kaminski Funeral Home & Crematorium (7861 88th Ave, Justice, IL 60458). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, September 15th 2025 at 9:45 AM and from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Woods Church (10731 W 131st St, Orland Park, IL 60462).
