He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Conforti and Helen Conforti; and his siblings, Leonard Kluczinski, Daniel Conforti, Rocco Conforti and Kathleen Kluczinski.
He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Marcella Moore (Randy), Angeline, Shana, Michael Jr. and Nicholas Conforti; his grandchildren, Jovani Conforti, Jackeline Black (Curtis) and Logan Cordero; and his siblings, Patrick (Cecylia), Thomas Conforti and Felicia Grove. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hope in the Valley Equine Rescue and Sanctuary.
