It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Steven Maffett (Chicago, Illinois), born in Ashland, Kentucky, who passed away on May 25, 2018, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his spouse Virginia Maffett; his son Mark Maffett (Jacqueline) of Chicago; his stepsons, Jearl Porter (Susan) and James Porter; and his grandchildren, Maya Maffett, Emilia Maffett, Jessica McManus (Josh), Michelle Porter, Cody Porter, Sydney Porter, Hayley Porter, Adam Porter and Lindsay Porter.
