Nancy Lynn Higgins Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nancy Lynn Higgins (Chicago, Illinois), who passed away on July 1, 2025 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Nancy Lynn may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Sr. Higgins and Dorothy Higgins; and her sister Sharon Schlossman (Martin Sr.). She is survived by: her significant other Richard Elli; her children, James Trevino Jr. (Ericka), Kelly Good (Daniel) and Beth Baiardo (Michael); and her sibling Francis Higgins (Debbie).

Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Blake-Lamb Funeral Home (4727 W 103rd St, Oak Lawn, IL 60453). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St Christina Catholic Church (3342 W 111th St, Chicago, IL 60655).
