He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sheila; his children, Dr. Shelly Betman (Ron) and Laura Singer (Ira); his grandchildren, Samantha, Carli, Julia Betman, Dylan, Eli and Miranda Singer; and his sisters, Sandra Herman (Jack), Brenda Mizel (Louis) and Linda Merritt (Don).
A funeral service was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Shalom Memorial Funeral Home (1700 W Rand Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60004).
