It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Panorea Ruston of Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on June 20, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Panorea Ruston to show support.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Grevan (Siavelis) and Thomas Kaskas; and her sister Tia Coleman. She is survived by: her husband Jim Ruston; her son Michael; her grandchildren, Jimmy and Ella; and her siblings, Peter Kaskas (Chandra), Sandra Muscolino (John) and Dean Grevan (Simi). She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Conboy-Westchester Funeral Home (10501 W Cermak Rd, Westchester, IL 60154). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Assumption Greek Orthodox Church (601 S Central Ave, Chicago, IL 60644).
