She is survived by: her friend Phyllis Richard; her children, Raymond Clemens (late Lisa), Colleen Sytsma (William), John Clemens and Richard; her grandchildren, Erin, Alyssa, Josh, Kaley, Andrew, Ryan, Emily, Johnny, Sean, Natalie and Claire; and her great grandchild Charlotte.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:15 PM at the McInerney Central Chapel (4635 S Wallace St, Chicago, IL 60609). A prayer will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the St. Gabriel Church (600 W 45th St, Chicago, IL 60609). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
